Six courses. One coherent programme.
Each course stands alone and can be booked independently based on your charity's priorities. They are also designed to work in sequence, taking your staff, leadership, and trustees from AI fluency through to data protection, governance, safe use, board oversight, and cyber risk.
Most charities start with one or two courses and build from there. We will help you work out where to begin.
The six courses work progressively: AI Fluency builds the foundation. Data Protection and Governance add the compliance and accountability layers. Safe Use applies it in practice. Trustees and Cyber Risk extend it to the audiences who carry distinct legal and operational responsibility.

Group and commissioned rates are available for community foundations, CVSs, and funders sponsoring training on behalf of multiple charities. Single fee to the commissioner; individual charities attend without direct cost.
Per-head value: A £1,495 full-day course across 15 participants is under £100 per person. An £895 half-day is under £60 per head.
How it works

Discovery call
Before any session, we conduct a scoping call to understand your charity's tools, policies, data flows, and current AI use. We identify which regulatory obligations apply to your organisation and where the gaps are. This is what makes every course bespoke.

Bespoke delivery
Each course is delivered at your premises or online via video call, for groups of up to 15 participants. Larger teams are accommodated across multiple sessions. All materials are written for your charity, your approved tools, and your sector's regulatory obligations. National delivery. Same course price for in-person and online. Travel expenses added for in-person.

Compliance documentation
Participants receive documented evidence of training completion. Courses covering data protection produce specific compliance records, including completed DPIA documentation, that can be presented directly to regulators and referenced in funder applications.
All courses are available as standalone sessions or as part of a sequenced programme.
