    This finder recommends capabilities and role families, not fashionable job titles. Titles are still inconsistent across UK employers; the underlying capabilities are becoming clear. It does not collect details of your workflows or your staff, and nothing in it is legal or employment advice.

    It is allowed to say no. If the foundations are missing, the result will be "not ready to recruit" and will point you to the tool that fixes that first.

    What happens to my answers?
    They stay in your browser tab until you finish or close it. If you unlock the full report, we receive your name, work email, organisation, answers and scores so we can send it. We handle them under our privacy policy.
    Will it always tell me to recruit?
    No. It scores five AI capabilities separately and recommends develop, hire, fractional, project, hybrid or not yet. It will say when the honest answer is not to recruit yet.
