Your staff already have access to AI. That was never the hard part. Some have played with ChatGPT but not turned it into anything useful. Only 21% of UK workers feel confident using AI at work (Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), January 2026). After completing AI training, only 46% of employees could check whether an AI output was accurate (DSIT, Evaluation of the Flexible AI Upskilling Fund, 28 January 2026).
The gap is not access. It is judgement.
This course is for everyone who uses AI at work, not only technical teams. The people who gain most are the ones making daily decisions about whether to use a tool at all: office teams, managers who approve AI use, customer-facing staff, finance teams handling sensitive figures, and HR teams processing personal information.

Before any session, we run a scoping call to understand your tools, policies, and current AI use. We map your needs against Skills England's 'AI foundation skills for work' benchmark, the ICO's audit framework, and your regulatory position. No two sessions are identical.
We deliver in-house at your premises or online by video call, for groups of up to 15 participants. Larger teams are covered across multiple sessions. All materials are written for your organisation, your approved tools, and your sector.
Participants receive documented evidence of training completion that meets ICO audit expectations, ready to add to your accountability records.
Most AI training teaches people to use a tool. Ours is built to meet the standards your organisation is accountable to. This is the part cheaper providers leave out.
Our training maps to the six AI foundation skills set out in Skills England's 'AI foundation skills for work' (January 2026), across its three domains: technical, non-technical, and responsible and ethical use. Skills England is the government body for skills standards. This is a voluntary benchmark, not a legal requirement.
Every course we run produces documented training completion evidence. The ICO expects organisations to maintain documented training programmes, completion records, and assessment evidence under the accountability principle of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). AI fluency training produces evidence that meets these expectations.
For organisations with EU exposure, Article 4 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) creates a direct obligation to ensure staff AI literacy. It has applied since February 2025. For UK-only organisations with no EU clients or EU-facing AI use, Article 4 carries no direct legal force. It sets the benchmark that UK regulatory thinking is moving toward.
